Over-18s Halloween rave with hip-hop, trap, rage, R&B, hard tech and bailefunk, scary actors, fire breathers, live dancers and a best dressed competition.
Monsta are bringing their Halloween Rage night to The Palais on Wednesday 28 October, taking over the club on Lower Parliament Street for a full Halloween special. They're billing it as the biggest and best Asian Halloween party in the UK, and they're not holding back on the scale of it: they're expecting more than 1,000 ravers and a night of chaos with scary actors, fire breathers, live dancers and a massive Halloween production. If you're planning to dress up, there's a best dressed competition to close the night, with £50 for the best boy, £50 for the best girl and £100 for the best group.
On the decks are Senses, Lollibus, Trezzor and Muse Minami, and the music covers a wide spread. You'll hear hip-hop, trap, rage and R&B alongside hard tech and bailefunk, so it's a long way from a standard club night. It's the kind of mix that lets you move from a heavy bassline into something a bit more dancefloor-ready without much of a jump.

The night runs from 11:00pm to 4:00am, with last entry at 1:30am, so you've got a good window to get in and settle in before the early hours. Entry is over-18s only. Tickets are tiered, so the sooner you grab yours, the less you'll pay: early bird is £12, followed by first release at £15, second at £20, third at £25, and final release at £30. If you're going with a group, it's worth sorting it early to keep the cost down.
