Christmas Beer Hall night with brass band Deep Down Brass, street food traders, cocktails and craft beers at The Garage Chilwell.
The Garage Christmas Party is on Saturday 19 December at The Garage Chilwell, with things kicking off at 18:00. The night is built around Deep Down Brass, a brass band that does cheesy classics and power ballads in their own arrangements, so you'll get the songs you know played with a full brass section rather than a DJ set.
Around them, the venue's old industrial buildings are taken over by the Christmas Beer Hall, which they've dressed with a custom set design that leans more 'Great Hall' than garage — they're billing it as the best-looking Garage in the UK. It's a big change from the usual look of the place, so it's worth a look even if you've been there plenty of times before.
On the food side, the venue's regular street food traders are in, and there's a full bar of cocktails and craft beers to go with them. If you're bringing a larger group, they do private and corporate bookings, so it works as a proper office party as much as a night out with friends.
