The Garage Christmas Market kicks off at The Garage Chilwell on Saturday 14 November, with stalls running every weekend from then through to early December. It's a Christmas market in the simplest sense: a collection of stalls set up inside the venue for you to browse through.
If you haven't been, The Garage Chilwell is at 63 High Rd, NG9 4AJ. It's one of the fastest-growing spots in the East Midlands and home to the county's biggest weekly market. The building itself is a bit of local industrial history — the old Barton Transport bus garages, now converted into a year-round events hub. Every weekend the doors open to a wide range of programming, from sprawling urban market halls and beer festivals to live music, street food, sports screenings, stand-up comedy and club nights.

The Christmas market runs every weekend from November, with dates on Sunday 15 and 22 November, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November, and Saturday 5 December.
