Stand-up show by Tharun Chelley and Hitz Unadkat at Canalhouse, part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival.
Tharun Chelley and Hitz Unadkat bring their stand-up to Canalhouse on Saturday 31 October, as part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival. It's a double bill, with both comedians on the same ticket, and it runs in the Secret Stage, the venue's smaller, more tucked-away space.
If you're not familiar with the venue, Canalhouse is a Grade II listed former canal museum on Canal Street, and it's one of the city's most distinctive pubs. The canal actually runs inside the building, with resident narrow boats and a footbridge crossing the water. It's credited with helping kickstart Nottingham's craft beer scene, and it still has a large beer garden that hosts regular live music sessions. It's picked up its fair share of awards over the years, including Ratebeer's Best Beer Bar for Nottingham in 2016 and 2016-2017, Visit Nottingham's Tourism Pub of the Year in 2018, and silver for Pub of the Year at the 2025 Nottinghamshire Tourism Awards.

The show is part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival, so it's one of many comedy dates running across the city that month. It's for ages 18+, so it's an adults-only afternoon. Tickets are £7, and it starts at 1pm on Saturday 31 October at Canalhouse - Secret Stage, 48-52 Canal Street, NG1 7EH.
