Social Board Gaming Thursdays

Social Board Gaming Thursdays is back at The Dice Box Nottingham on Thursday 29 October, starting at 18:00. It's a weekly session, so if this particular date doesn't work, there's another one the following week. The Dice Box is at Unit 1 Sneinton Market, NG1 1DR, and the whole thing is open to everyone, regardless of how much experience you have with board games.

It's a friendly, relaxing, and inclusive space where people meet to play together. If you're new to the scene, you can try something you've never played alongside other enthusiasts; if you're a seasoned gamer, it's a good chance to break out the bigger games that don't often make it to the table. Party games are encouraged as icebreakers, and players are nudged to mix it up and play with new people each week, so it's as much about the social side as it is about the games themselves.

The venue is air-conditioned, accessible, and fully licensed, and the nights are hosted by someone with four years' experience running gaming socials. Entry is free, though you can book a ticket via Eventbrite to reserve your spot. It kicks off at 18:00 on Thursday 29 October at The Dice Box, Unit 1 Sneinton Market, NG1 1DR.
