Glasgow pop rock outfit PVC play The Grove in Sneinton Market, with support from Airport Dad and Evening Plans.
PVC play The Grove on Wednesday 2 December, their first Nottingham show. They're a pop rock outfit from Glasgow, billed as one of the most exciting new bands coming out of the city, and this is their debut date south of the border.
Their sound sits somewhere between shimmering guitars and vocals that recall some of the best 90s indie pop, so if that era of melodic, guitar-led songwriting is your thing, this is one to keep on the radar. It's a long way from Glasgow to Sneinton, and this is the first time they'll be playing in Nottingham, so it's a good chance to catch them early on.
They won't be the only ones on the bill. Airport Dad and Evening Plans are both on as support, which means the night starts well before PVC take the stage. With two opening acts to work through, it's a full evening of music rather than a single set.
