Over-18s pumpkin-carving evening in The Bodega's courtyard with a pumpkin and tools included, seasonal drinks specials and heaters.
The Bodega is hosting a pumpkin carving night on Thursday 29 October, from 6pm to 10pm. They've billed the evening as 'the Autumnal dream', and for the few hours it runs, the venue's courtyard is turned into a spooky pumpkin-carving station. All the tables are undercover, and there are heaters on to keep the chill at bay, so you can spend the evening carving without having to worry about the weather.
One of the best bits is that you don't need to bring anything with you: your ticket includes both a pumpkin and the carving tools. You just turn up and get stuck in. While you're working, there are seasonal drinks specials running, with Bodega Lager among them, so you can keep a drink in hand while you carve. It's a four-hour window, which gives you plenty of time to take your time with the design rather than rushing it.

It's an over-18s night, so it's more of a late-evening thing than a family afternoon. If you're looking for something to do that week, it's a straightforward way to get your pumpkin sorted without having to buy your own kit or clear up the mess at home. The Bodega is at 23 Pelham St, Nottingham NG1 2ED, and tickets are £10.
