Paddy Young: Will Sir Be Laughing Alone?

Paddy Young is bringing his new show, Will Sir Be Laughing Alone?, to Canalhouse on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November. He's an award-winning stand-up and a regular on Saturday Night Live UK's Weekend Update, and this is the new material he's been taking on the road.

If you haven't come across him yet, he's worked across a fair bit of British comedy. He's appeared in Mitchell & Webb's Are Not Helping and Everyone Else Burns, and he put out his own stand-up special, Hungry. Horny. Scared., so there's a decent body of work to go on before this. The critics have been on his side, too: Rolling Stone called him "surely on the road to stardom" and The Independent described him as "one of British comedy's most intriguing new voices."

Both nights run at the same time, so you can pick whichever fits your week. The show starts at 8.30pm, with doors opening at 8.10pm, and it's held on the Main Stage at Canalhouse, 48-52 Canal Street, Nottingham, NG1 7EH. Tickets are £20, with an online booking fee on top.
