Regular social club night of the Inter-Varsity Club Nottingham, held in the small room behind the bar at the Ferry Inn in Wilford.
Nottingham IVC hold their regular club night at the Ferry Inn on Tuesday 20 October, starting at 19:30. It's a simple, social evening in the small room behind the bar, and it's the anchor that keeps the club going between its bigger outings.
If you've not come across them before, Nottingham IVC is a friendly, multi-activity social club run by its own members. They're the ones who organise and host everything the club does, from club and pub nights, a monthly pub quiz and the monthly Nottingham Curry Club to theatre and cinema visits, walks, a 'round the world cuisine night', parties, barbeques, bowling, dancing, festivals, days out, lectures and weekends away. It's a broad mix of things to do, and the club draws an age range from 25 to 75, so you'll find a good cross-section of the city there.
This particular night is the social heart of it all: a meetup designed for interaction, held in the small room behind the bar at the Ferry Inn in Wilford. It's less about a set programme and more about the people, and it's where the club's members get together and catch up.

Beyond Nottingham, the club belongs to a national network of IVC clubs across the UK, The Association of Inter-Varsity Clubs (AIVC), so it's part of something that reaches well beyond the city. The night runs on Tuesday 20 October from 19:30 at the Ferry Inn, Main Road, Wilford, Nottingham, NG11 7AA, in the small room behind the bar.
