Social games night for young professionals to meet new people, part of the 'GetSocial' series by Golf Fang Nottingham.
Golf Fang Nottingham is hosting a games night for young professionals on Thursday 22 October, from 18:00. It's part of their 'GetSocial' series, which they run as a regular social for the 20s to 40s crowd in the city. The whole thing is set up to make it easy to meet new people: there's a private area, welcoming hosts to get you settled, and the music is kept at a conversational volume, so you can actually hear what people are saying without having to shout.
If you're worried about turning up on your own, you're in the majority. More than 90% of people come solo, and over half are first-timers, so you'll be in good company. There's also a WhatsApp community group to help you connect before and after, including a dedicated women's group. If you're bringing a friend, there's a free ticket for them if they accompany a woman or non-binary person and you arrive together.
Every week we pick š the 5 best š things to do in Nottingham and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
