Screening of 'NAZA', a 2026 documentary by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor about the bombing of Gaza, at Broadway Cinema.
NAZA is screening at Broadway Cinema this week, with five sessions running from Sunday 25 October to Thursday 29 October. It's a 15-rated documentary, shot at night on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, and it looks at the systems behind Israel's bombing of Gaza and its mass killing of Palestinian civilians. The title itself comes from a military acronym used by Israeli intelligence to indicate the number of civilians they expect will be killed in an airstrike.
It's the latest from Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, two of the four co-directors of the 2024 Oscar-winning documentary No Other Land — one an investigative journalist and the other a cinematographer. They've described making it out of a sense of obligation to examine those systems, and much of what the film reveals was published by The Guardian, one of the film's producers, in collaboration with +972 Magazine and Local Call in the months following the October 7th attacks. It's been reviewed as one of 2026's most vital film releases.
