Author Laurie Gilmore signs copies of 'Wild, Wicked Mate' at Waterstones Nottingham.
Laurie Gilmore is coming to Waterstones in Nottingham on Tuesday 20 October, starting at 13:00. It's a signing, so the whole thing is built around her sitting down with readers and signing copies of Wild, Wicked Mate, with room for one more book on top of that if you've got another one you want her to sign.
If you haven't come across her yet, Gilmore is a No. 1 Sunday Times and USA Today bestseller who writes steamy small-town romance. She's best known for her Dream Harbor series, full of quirky townsfolk, cosy settings and swoon-worthy romance. The Pumpkin Spice Café from that series was featured on Good Morning America and named the TikTok Shop Book of the Year 2024, and it's widely credited with starting the cosy small-town romance phenomenon that's been taking off lately.
Wild, Wicked Mate is the second book in her Maple Hollow series. It follows best friends Phoebe and Theo, whose years-long friendship turns romantic when Theo invites her on a road trip and forced proximity brings two fated mates impossibly close. It's the book she'll be signing on the day, and the one that puts the Maple Hollow series on the map.
