Acoustic evening show by comedy-music act Kunt and the Gang on their 25th Anniversary tour, with support from A Wedding Band.
Kunt and the Gang play Rough Trade Nottingham on Sunday 13 December, as part of their 25th Anniversary tour. This one's an acoustic evening show presented by Adventure Mayhem, with A Wedding Band as special guests.
If you're not familiar, Kunt and the Gang are a comedy-music act from Basildon. Their dark comedy songs racked up millions of listens over two decades before the self-proclaimed 'minor internet hit singer' became best known for a string of Top 20 sweary punk protest songs about the Royal Family and the Conservative government. This tour is a return to where it all began: synthpop, swearing and celebrity paedos. The Nottingham date is an acoustic evening show, so the full-band punk sound is stripped back for the room.
There are sets between 30 and 50 minutes, and you'll have a chance to pick up a signed copy of the album on the night. The band's own warning is that it's not for the easily offended, which should give you a fair idea of what to expect from the lyrics.
