Stand-up debut by Hannah Byczkowski, winner of BBC's The Traitors and co-host of Ghost Huns, tackling death in her hour-long show.
Hannah Byczkowski brings her debut hour to Canalhouse on Sunday 1 November, part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival. It's presented by NCF Comedy, and the show is called Killer.
If you haven't come across her yet, you'll likely recognise her from the screen. She won the first season of BBC's The Traitors and has appeared on ITV2's The Stand-Up Sketch Show and Celebrity Weakest Link on BBC One. She's also an NTA winner, and Claudia Winkleman has called her 'a comedy goddess'. Beyond the TV work, she's the creator and co-host of the podcast Ghost Huns, which has picked up over five million listens.
Killer is her first full hour, and it's built around death. She tackles the subject with a no-nonsense style, and the material runs from the absurd to the awkward: craft projects made from the ashes of loved ones and funeral faux pas. It's a debut hour, so this is the first time the full set is coming together as a single show.
