Metal tribute night of Chop Suey, Slip-NOT, A7Xperience and Propa Roach marking the 25th anniversary of System of a Down's Toxicity and Slipknot's Iowa.
Forever Nu are at The Palais on Friday 20 November, a night built around the 25th anniversary of two of the biggest metal albums of the early 2000s: System of a Down's Toxicity and Slipknot's Iowa.
The bill is led by two tribute acts, Chop Suey and Slip-NOT, who are billed as two of the best in the UK. They're taking on the two records that give the night its theme, so if you spent your teenage years with those on repeat, this is the one you'll want. A7Xperience and Propa Roach fill out the rest of the line-up, and the whole thing is aimed squarely at fans of that era of metal.
There's a fair bit of pedigree behind the scenes too. The night features members of Dragonforce, Anti-Nowhere League, Tigertailz and Sinsaenum, so it's more than just a few tribute bands playing their sets. It's a full evening of metal, with the anniversary records as the anchor.
