Covered Together - Family Prayer & PJ Night

Covered Together is a family prayer and pyjama night at VBCI Crossway Sanctuary on Saturday 31 October, from 5:00 to 8:30 pm. The doors open at 4:45 pm, so there's a bit of time to settle in before things get going. It's run by Creation maintenance cic, and the whole evening is built around worship, guided prayer, biblical games, grazing food and connection.

One of the things that sets it apart is that the youngest ones are at the heart of the programme, with child-led worship and a Family Promise Canvas. It's open to families of all ages, so it works whether you've got toddlers or older children. The pyjama theme is part of the draw, too — it's a cosy, faith-filled evening rather than a formal service, and the grazing food means you can pick at things throughout the night rather than sitting down for a single meal.

On the practical side, it's a fairly easy one to bring the whole family along to. The first child is £5, and any additional children are £2 each, with children under three going in free. Adults, parents and carers are also free, so the cost stays low even if you've got a full house. The venue is VBCI Crossway Sanctuary on Croydon Road, Nottingham NG7 3DS, and the night runs from 5:00 to 8:30 pm, with doors open from 4:45 pm.
