Free outdoor buggy walk for mums with babies and children of all ages, run by The Strong Mum Collective at Colwick Country Park.
The Strong Mum Collective are hosting a Community Buggy Walk at Colwick Country Park on Wednesday 28 October, from 11:00 to 13:00. It's a free outdoor walk open to mums with babies and children of all ages, so you can bring the whole lot with you.
The Collective describes itself as a health and fitness community dedicated to improving the wellbeing of mums throughout pregnancy and at all stages postpartum, with the mission of supporting them to become the strongest, healthiest and happiest version of themselves. This walk is one of their free, outdoor activities designed to get mums moving and connect them with other parents in the same boat.
The route stops halfway at the 'Wired on Wheels' coffee van for refreshments, which gives you a chance to stretch your legs and have a proper chat before heading back. Full meeting-point details are shared through the organiser's community WhatsApp group, so you'll know exactly where to find everyone on the day.
