Bonfire Night celebrations across Nottingham with firework displays, village bonfires, funfairs and food, including several free events.
Bonfire Night is back across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire this autumn, with displays running throughout November and a few starting in late October. It's the usual Guy Fawkes' Night tradition: bonfires and fireworks set to music, and the line-up ranges from big organised displays to traditional village bonfires and family nights with funfairs, food and entertainment. There are also several free events in the mix, so you don't have to spend a penny to see something go up.
Among the local offerings, the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre in Ruddington pairs its display with a miniature railway and a heritage fairground, while Lambley Primary School runs a quiet display set to Disney music. The Newark Family Firework Show returns to the grounds of The Renaissance at Kelham Hall, and Clipstone Headstocks adds a brand-new laser light show for 2026. There's also the Halloween Spooktacular at Nottingham Racecourse for those who want to get the celebrations started early.
