Monthly networking meeting for women building brands, side hustles and new ventures, run by the Business & IP Centre Nottinghamshire.
The BIPC Women's Network meets again at Nottingham Central Library on Thursday 12 November, from 10:00 to 12:00. It's a monthly gathering run by the Business & IP Centre Nottinghamshire, which supports people starting, running and growing their own business. The network meets every second Thursday of the month, so if you can't make this one, there's usually another one coming up soon.
It's aimed at women building brands, side hustles and new ventures. The format is straightforward: guest speakers, no-pressure networking, coffee and community. If you're working on something on your own, it's a good way to get out of the house and talk to other people doing the same thing. There's also optional co-working afterwards, so you can stick around and get some actual work done once the meeting wraps up.
They describe it as a monthly dose of connection, inspiration and real conversation for entrepreneurs and business owners. It's less about formal pitches and more about the practical, day-to-day side of running a business, and it runs at Nottingham Central Library within the Broadmarsh Development. The library's on Carrington Street, NG1 7FF, right in the city centre.
