Stand-up show 'Peach Fuzz' by Ania Magliano, Taskmaster star, at Canalhouse in Nottingham.
Ania Magliano brings her show Peach Fuzz to Canalhouse on Sunday 18 October, as part of NCF Comedy's run of dates. You might recognise her from the latest series of Taskmaster, but she's also a Live At The Apollo performer and was nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
Peach Fuzz is a solo hour that leans on the quirks of her own body, the legend of Eve, and her newly discovered boundaries. It's built from jokes, confessions and the occasional unhinged observation, and it's the same show she's taking to venues nationwide. The reviews have been strong: The Telegraph called her "a gift for observational comedy" and The Guardian said she "will have you crying with laughter."
Beyond the stage, she's worked as a support act for Ed Gamble, Marc Maron and Catherine Cohen, and she writes for Amelia Dimoldenberg's Chicken Shop Date. She's also appeared on the Off Menu podcast, where her choices are widely regarded as the worst of all time.
