Stand-up show by the duo Alex Watt and TJ McDonald, presented by NCF Comedy as part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival.
Alex Watt and TJ McDonald are playing The Canalhouse on Saturday 31 October, as part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival. The show is put on by NCF Comedy and billed as a 'laughter party' fronted by the two of them, who are described as 'two masters of the microphone'.
It's a stand-up duo set, so you'll have both of them on stage together rather than separate acts. The material they're working with runs across oddball observations, smart social commentary and personal anecdotes, and among those is a story about an ill-fated trip to Nepal. TJ McDonald is a Kiwi comedian, so there's a New Zealand voice in the mix alongside Watt's.
The session runs for around an hour and fifteen minutes, and it's recommended for ages 16 and over. It's a Saturday afternoon slot, so it's more of a daytime thing than a late-night one, which might suit if you're not fancying a late one on a weekend.
