Aladdin Open Rehearsal

Nottingham Playhouse is opening its doors to an open rehearsal of Aladdin on Monday 9 November, held in the Neville Studio. It's a chance to see the cast of the company's upcoming pantomime at work while they're still in the early stages of the rehearsal process. The evening starts in the studio, where the company is put through its paces, and continues with a Q&A in which the audience can ask questions and chat with the cast, before rounding off with a drink.

It's a Playhouse Pass members event, and the listing shows it as sold out. Tickets are £16 for Playhouse Pass members and free for Playhouse Pass Premium members. If you're not a member, it's worth keeping in mind that this is a members-only session, so you'll need a pass to get in.

Aladdin itself runs as a pantomime at Nottingham Playhouse from Friday 27 November to Saturday 16 January 2027. There's a Lounge Experience available on selected performances, and an Aladdin Set Tour & On Stage Talk on Friday 8 January 2027. A Touch Tour access event runs from Wednesday 9 to Saturday 12 December. The open rehearsal on 9 November is the first look at the production, nearly three weeks before it opens for the full run.
