Stand-up show 'Tall Tales' by Susan Calman, returning to the stage after ten years with a new show.
Susan Calman is back on stage at Norwich Theatre Royal on Sunday 28 February 2027, with her new show Tall Tales. It's her first tour in ten years, so it's been a while since she's done stand-up on the road.
Tall Tales is a brand-new show, and Calman doesn't hide the gap in time. A decade older now, she says she's not necessarily any wiser, and the set gathers the improbable situations she's found herself in over the years. She talks about cruising, driving tanks, cats, and getting older. It's a collection of the odd and unexpected moments that have cropped up since she was last touring.
Most of us know her from the screen rather than the stage. She's a regular on television and radio, with Grand Day Out, Cruising with Susan Calman, QI and House of Games all part of the recent run. And, a long time ago, she was on Strictly Come Dancing. On stage, she adds one more detail: she says she's even shorter than you'd believe.
