Free evening of karaoke at The Brickmakers in Sprowston, Norwich.
Sing it your way KARAOKE is on at The Brickmakers on Sunday 8 November, from 7pm to 11pm. It's a karaoke session, so the whole night is built around people getting up and singing their own choices rather than a set list put together by someone else.
If you've never been, The Brickmakers is one of Norwich's most established venues, and it's got three stages under one roof. The main stage is where this sits, and it's usually the home of local covers bands, which is why entry is free. The B2 room is the grassroots stage, where up-and-coming acts from across the country play — mostly metal and rock, but you'll find pop, punk and folk there too. There's also an outside stage that hosts various summer events.
Because it's a karaoke night, the music comes from whoever decides to take the mic. You'll hear a mix of whatever the room is in the mood for, and since it runs for four hours, there's plenty of time to get a few songs in without having to rush. It's a free entry night, so you can just turn up and stay for as long as you fancy.
