Rock and pop cover band Rawkas play The Brickmakers in Sprowston Road, Norwich, with free entry.
Rawkas are playing The Brickmakers on Saturday 20 November, a rock and pop covers set that runs from 21:00 to 23:50. They're a regular on the Norfolk and Suffolk circuit, and they describe themselves as a top rock and pop cover band with more than 1,000 gigs behind them. That's a fair few nights on the road, and they point to their musicianship and their gear as the things that set them apart.
They'll be playing in the main room, which is the biggest of the three stages at The Brickmakers. It's the one that mostly hosts local covers bands, and it's usually free entry. The other two are the B2 room, a grassroots space for up-and-coming acts across metal, rock, pop, punk and folk, and an outside stage used during the summer. Between them, the venue runs everything from tribute acts and open mic nights to quizzes and blues nights, and it also hosts the Norfolk Blues Society.

Rawkas are the only act on the bill, so it's just them for the full set. The music is rock and pop covers, and they've played enough of them across those thousand-plus gigs to know their way around a setlist. If you're out in Norwich on the 20th, it's a late one: they start at 21:00 and play through until 23:50, and entry is free.
