Live show by the intergalactic act HENGE, presenting their latest album 'Journey to Voltus B', at The Waterfront.
HENGE play The Waterfront on Sunday 21 March, presented by Norwich Arts Centre. It's a headline show, with the band as the sole act on the bill.
They're touring their latest album, Journey to Voltus B, which they've released as a double-groove vinyl. The record has two possible endings depending on where the needle lands, and it's picked up support from BBC 6 Music tastemakers Stuart Maconie, Deb Grant and Craig Charles. That's the material they'll be working from on the night.
If you're not familiar with them, HENGE describe themselves as 'extra-terrestrial joymongers' who landed on Planet Earth more than a decade ago bringing music from distant planets. They sit in the space between rave and prog rock, and have put out four acclaimed albums along the way, as well as their own comic book series. They were named 'Best Live Act' at the Independent Festival Awards.
