Halloween Fancy dress party

Sprowston Sports and Social Club is hosting a Halloween fancy dress party on Saturday 31 October, from 20:30 to 23:00. It's a disco night, so the plan is simple: get a costume together and spend the evening on the dancefloor.

If you haven't been to the club before, it's a committee-run place staffed by volunteers and supported by its members. It's got a large function room for hire for parties and events, a members-only area, and a range of sporting facilities — a football pitch, a lawn bowls green, a petanque court, a pool table and dart boards. They book music every other Saturday and Sunday afternoon, usually featuring local talent, and run various musical events throughout the year. This one falls on Halloween night, so the fancy dress is the main thing.

The party runs from 20:30 to 23:00, so it's a relatively short window — a few hours of disco music rather than an all-nighter. The venue is Sprowston Sports and Social Club, on Blue Boar Lane in Norwich, NR7 8RY.
