Fundraiser Gig

Queens Road Studio and Alien Nation Events are putting on a fundraiser at The Brickmakers B2 on Sunday 22nd November, and it's a long one: 2.30pm to 9pm. The lineup brings together eight young bands, so you'll get a fair few sets across the afternoon and evening. The bands playing are No Excuses, The Lynks, Renasis, Niche, Wingman Soji, The Incentives, Deogen, and Avarist.

There's a specific reason for the whole thing. Every pound taken on the door goes to a cause: all proceeds support the running of the Revolting Youth Stage at Strawberry Fair 2027. If you've been to Strawberry Fair before, you'll know the Revolting Youth Stage is where the festival gives space to newer, younger acts, and this gig is about making sure that stage happens next summer. So, rather than a promoter taking a cut, the money goes straight into keeping that part of the festival running.

With eight bands on the bill, it's a proper marathon of a day. You can drift in for a few sets in the afternoon and head off early, or stay through to the end and catch the whole run. It's a good way to hear a handful of different young bands in one go, and knowing it's all for the Revolting Youth Stage gives the whole thing a bit more weight than your average Sunday session.

It's at The Brickmakers B2 in Norwich on Sunday 22nd November, running from 2.30pm to 9pm, with £5 on the door.
