Free autumn fair with more than twenty independent wedding suppliers, including stationery, flowers, photography, cakes and accessories.
A Love Thing Indie Wedding Fair returns to Norwich Arts Centre on Sunday 1 November, from 11am to 3pm. It's a regular autumn fixture for the venue, and this year it brings together more than twenty independent wedding businesses under one roof. You'll find makers and suppliers specialising in stationery, flowers, photography, cakes and accessories, all in one place rather than having to hunt them down one by one.
The fair is run by A Love Thing, and they're quite open about what they're after. They describe their aim as breaking down barriers and removing stigmas within the wedding industry, and they encourage couples to break with tradition and do things their own way. The whole thing is set up as an informal, relaxed gathering, so it's more of a stroll through a room of independent businesses than a formal trade show.
Because the fair is held at Norwich Arts Centre, you can also get a feel for the building as a wedding venue while you're there. It's a chance to see the space and imagine how it might work for a wedding, alongside the suppliers who could help put one together.
