Musical comedy duo Flo & Joan bring their critically acclaimed songs and comedy to the stage in their 'With Feeling' tour.
Flo & Joan play the Tyne Theatre & Opera House on Friday 27 November, as part of their new tour With Feeling. It's a brand-new show built around another 'real band's' setlist, and it's one of over 50 UK dates they're playing between September and December 2026.
Flo & Joan are British sisters Nicola and Rosie Dempsey, who trained separately in sketch and improv at the iO, Second City and Bad Dog Comedy Theatres in Chicago and Toronto before teaming up as a piano and percussion double act. They landed a viral hit with their 2016 song 'Song', a summary of all the bad events of that year, and in late 2017 their songs formed the basis of a Nationwide building society advertising campaign. In 2018 they were named best music or variety act at the Chortle Awards.
Their sharp-tongued, deadpan humour has taken them to Live at the Apollo, The Royal Variety Performance and Comic Relief's Red Nose Day Live 2023, as well as a comedy special Alive on Stage for Amazon Prime and a run of Edinburgh Fringe shows from Victory Flaps in 2016 to Birds, The Birds! in 2025. With Feeling is their latest, and it's the one they're taking across the country this autumn.
