Northlane live with special guests After The Burial, Cenobia and Above, Below at Bar on the Hill.
Northlane are playing Bar on the Hill on Friday 13 November, part of their biggest Australian headline tour to date. It's their first run since Obsidian hit number one back in 2022, and the set will be built around the new album, Anemoia, which comes out on 30 October. The record takes its name from the feeling of nostalgia for a time or place you've never actually known, and the lead track 'CUT_it' shows off a more menacing side of frontman Marcus Bridge's vocal range.
Northlane have spent their career shifting gears, and that restlessness is part of the draw. They've put out several chart-topping albums, picked up a handful of awards, and racked up over 500 million streams along the way. If you've followed them for a while, you'll know they don't stay in one place for long, and Anemoia is the latest turn in that.
The support is a bit of a mix. After The Burial are coming over from Minneapolis, their first time back on these shores since 2019. Then there's Cenobia, a mysterious artist who burst onto the scene in 2025, and Above, Below. Between the three of them, the night should have plenty of ground covered before Northlane take the stage.
