Dragon headline the Live On The Lake series at Toronto Hotel, with support from The Radiators, Eurogliders, V Spy V Spy, Taxiride and The Chantoozies.
Dragon are playing the Toronto Hotel on Saturday 21 November, as part of the venue's outdoor music series, Live On The Lake. It's a full day of Australian names on the grounds overlooking Lake Macquarie, with Dragon sharing the bill with The Radiators, Eurogliders, V Spy V Spy, Taxiride and The Chantoozies. The whole thing is strictly over-18s and runs rain, hail or shine.
Live On The Lake has been running since January 2018, when it launched with a sold-out Daryl Braithwaite show. Since then it's hosted a string of Australian names including Thirsty Merc, Russell Morris, Mental As Anything and Leo Sayer, as well as a sold-out double header by the Baby Animals and The Angels. The format is pretty consistent: a line-up of Australian legends playing their best-known hits as the sun goes down, with the lake as a backdrop.
Dragon themselves are billed as purveyors of Antipodean anthems since 1973, with a catalogue that spans pop rock, the 80s, the 90s and straight-ahead rock. They're one of six acts on the bill for the day, so you'll get a fair few bands in one go. The other names are The Radiators, Eurogliders, V Spy V Spy, Taxiride and The Chantoozies.

It's a long one: gates open at 3:00 pm and it doesn't wrap up until 10:00 pm, so you've got plenty of time to settle in. The hotel is at 74 Victory Parade, Toronto, NSW 2283, right on Lake Macquarie.
