Indie-rock show by Winyah, with support from Foxtide, at the 750-seat Fine Line Music Cafe.
Winyah play the Fine Line Music Cafe on Wednesday, October 28, with Foxtide opening. The set is built around their debut album, Lot to Learn, which brought them to a wider audience with tracks like "Feel It All Again," "Lovely Girl," and the title song. It's a five-piece band, and their sound blends South Carolina roots with easygoing indie rock, pairing bright guitar work with warm, singalong melodies.
They made an early festival breakthrough at Bonnaroo, where they performed with only a few original songs to their name. That early start left them with a small catalog to draw from, so Lot to Learn provides the bulk of what they're touring now. The songs on the record are the ones you'll hear most of the night.
