Sleep (with Zombi)

Sleep play the First Avenue Mainroom on Wednesday, November 4, with Zombi opening. It's part of their North American tour, presented by Surly Brewing.

The tour follows the release of Have Spacesuit Will Travel on Third Man Records, their first new music since 2018. It's a long gap between records, so this is the first time they've had new material to play live in years. The band is billed as legendary, and they've been touring North America since the album came out.

Zombi opens the night, and the whole show is for ages 18 and over. There's a strict ticket limit per customer and household, so if you're planning to go with a group, you'll want to sort it out early rather than waiting. First Avenue is the epicenter of live music in Minneapolis, and the venue recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM. With Zombi opening, you've got two acts on one bill, and the main set comes from a band that hasn't put out a record in eight years.
