Stand-up comedy night featuring Sal Vulcano and Wally Baram as part of the University of Minnesota's Homecoming 2026 festivities.
Sal Vulcano and Wally Baram bring their stand-up to Northrop on Friday, October 23, as part of the University of Minnesota's Homecoming 2026. It's a double bill with two comedians coming from very different backgrounds.
Most of you know Vulcano from Impractical Jokers, which he co-created, executive produced, and starred inβthe show is now in its 13th season on TBS. He's been leaning more into stand-up lately, launching the Everything's Fine tour in fall 2024 and releasing his debut special, Terrified, on Amazon that same year. He's also building out a creative footprint behind the scenes: he started the No Presh Podcast Network, home to Hey Babe! and Taste Buds, and launched Bad Woods Entertainment with his partners, whose first greenlit project, Foul Play, aired in 2025.
Sharing the bill is Wally Baram, a Mexican-Syrian stand-up comedian, writer, and actress based in New York City. She's a series regular and co-executive producer on the Amazon series Overcompensating, and her acting debut as Carmen earned her a 2026 Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance. Her writing credits include What We Do In The Shadows and English Teacher, and she's made her late-night debut on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
