Plini plays the Fine Line in the Warehouse District on First Avenue, with special guests Night Verses and Portraits.
Plini plays Fine Line on Monday, October 26, as part of his An Unnameable Desire North American tour. He's an Australian progressive instrumental guitarist, composer and producer, known for fluid guitar work, cinematic compositions and a genre-defying approach to modern instrumental music. He's an independent solo artist from Sydney whose work sits at the crossroads of guitar virtuosity, progressive metal and progressive rock.
He's not coming alone. Opening the night are Night Verses, a progressive instrumental band from Fullerton, California, fronted by drummer Aric Improta alongside guitarist Nick DePirro and bassist Reilly Herrera. They've built a name for their intense live performances and innovative songwriting. Joining them is Portraits, another progressive instrumental outfit featuring Joshua De La Victoria and Joseph Anidjar. Between the three, it's a full evening of instrumental music, with the support acts sharing Plini's progressive leanings.
