Make Your Own Dumplings

Make Your Own Dumplings is a hands-on dumpling class at The Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton on Wednesday, October 28. It's led by Chef Dan, run in English, and open to over-21s only. The session runs for two hours, and you'll spend that time actually making the dumplings rather than just watching someone else do it.

Everything you need is provided at your station: the dumpling ingredients, high-quality wrappers, the equipment, and the dipping sauces. Chef Dan handles the instruction, so you'll walk through the process of filling and folding your own dumplings from start to finish. It's a full setup—you don't need to bring your own tools or prep anything in advance.

Outside drinks aren't permitted, so keep that in mind if you usually like to bring your own. You're asked to check in 15 minutes before the class begins, and you'll pick your specific date and time directly in the ticket selector. The hotel is at 710 S Marquette Ave in Minneapolis.
