Tribute show by the band Renegade recreating Fleetwood Mac hits like 'Go Your Own Way' and 'Dreams' with dinner and drinks at Crooners Supper Club.
Renegade brings their Fleetwood Mac tribute, Landslide, to Crooners Supper Club on Thursday, October 29. It's a full-band recreation of the rock legends' music, with the set running about an hour and a half. They'll be playing the songs most people know by heart—'Go Your Own Way,' 'Dreams' and 'Rhiannon' are among them—and they lean into the harmonies and instrumentation that defined the band's sound.
Renegade is a six-piece, and the lineup for the night is Casey Smith on guitar and vocals, Maria Stukey and Marisa Kirckof on vocals, KeAndre Mack on drums, Craig Holets on bass, and Trevor Wiest on guitar. The three vocalists handle the harmonies that were such a big part of the original records, and the two guitars keep the arrangements full. The band was started by musicians who share a love for Fleetwood Mac's music, and they've put together a set that works its way through the hits.
Between them, the group brings more than 30 years of collective experience playing professionally in the Twin Cities music scene, so they're well-acquainted with the local circuit. The show is a tribute to Fleetwood Mac, not a cover set, and the focus is on recreating the specific sound of the original recordings.
