First Minneapolis show and headlining tour of Intuition & Equalibrum with support from Speak!
Intuition & Equalibrum play The Hook and Ladder on Thursday, October 22, with Speak! opening. It's their first show in Minneapolis and part of their first headlining tour, so it's the first time you can catch them here.
Intuition is Lee Shaner and Equalibrum is Mark Pawlak. They met and started making music together more than 20 years ago from opposite sides of the country—one from Alaska, the other from Connecticut—and eventually ended up in the same small Southern California city. They released Girls Like Me in 2010, and their self-titled project, Intuition & Equalibrum, became a cult classic. After a decade-long hiatus, their latest album, Leave A Mark, finds them delivering what they describe as their most mature and fully realized work to date. The set will draw from that new material.

The show is in the Zen Arcade room at The Hook and Ladder, 3010 Minnehaha Ave. Doors open at 7 PM, and the music starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $20 at the box office, $22 online, and $25 at the door. The night is 21+.
