Ian Sweet, the solo project of Jilian Medford, plays the 7th St Entry with Nashville indie-rock singer Meg Elsier as special guest.
Ian Sweet plays the 7th St Entry on Friday, October 23. The bill is Ian Sweet with special guest meg elsier.
Ian Sweet is the stage name Jilian Medford has used for more than a decade. It started as a solo project recorded in her bedroom, and over the years it grew into something that won her indie-critical-darling status. The name has been her professional identity for a long time now, so this is the project she's known for.
Opening the night is meg elsier, a Nashville-based indie-rock singer, songwriter, and visual artist. She's been described as one of the most exciting new voices in the scene, and she'll be playing before Sweet takes the stage.
