21+ third-Thursday music night with live piano, The Front Porch Swingin' Liquor Pigs, a $5 drink wristband and the taco truck Loncheria los amigos.
Dirty P's Thirsty 3rd Thursdays Club is back at The Hook and Ladder Theater on Thursday, December 17, as part of a three-month run of shows held every third Thursday from October to December. The night is presented by The Hook and Ladder in partnership with Jameson and Summit Brewing, and it's framed as a way to keep the spirit of Palmer's alive and connected. Palmer's long-time bartender Bob Samuelson is behind the bar, and the taco truck Loncheria los amigos is on site.
The music comes from The Front Porch Swingin' Liquor Pigs and Willie Murphy's Legendary Piano, with guest players Cornbread and/or The Feelin' joining in. The series is 21+, and the whole thing was made possible by Minnesota voters through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, part of a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
