18+ fall residency night at Icehouse with co-headliners Callback and Scorched Waves, plus Pullstring and Call Me Fritz.
Callback and Scorched Waves co-headline at Icehouse on Friday, November 20, with Pullstring and Call Me Fritz opening the bill. The night is part of Icehouse's fall residency, so it's one of several shows the venue is hosting throughout the season. Callback is an emerging Minneapolis pop-rock outfit that pairs hard-hitting production with lush arrangements.
Pullstring is also from Minneapolis and plays nostalgic indie and alt-rock that channels the energy of the '90s and early 2000s, paying homage to influences like Green Day and The Replacements. Their lyrics deal with loneliness, shifting identity, and the early sparks of relationships, usually threaded with humor and lightness. They've played more than 100 shows, including dates at the 7th Street Entry in Minneapolis, the Maintenance Shop in Ames, Iowa, and Shank Hall in Milwaukee. They've also appeared on festival lineups like Big Turn Music Fest, KURE Fest, and Northwoods Rock Rally, sharing stages with ALEXSUCKS, George Clanton, The Melismatics, and We Are Scientists. The band is fronted by Alex Fuller, Will Keebler, Josh Toke, and Eric Braun.
