BOOze & Beads

Celestial Coven Co. is hosting a BOOze & Beads class at Smack Shack in the North Loop on Wednesday, October 28, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. It's a hands-on beading session where you make a beaded spider that works as either a magnet or a suncatcher, and the company is billing it as their very first BOOze & Bead class.

The setup is pretty straightforward: you spend the evening stringing beads into a spider shape, and you get to decide whether it ends up as a magnet for your fridge or a suncatcher for a window. It's a craft class, so you'll be working with your hands for the bulk of the night, and you'll leave with whatever you make.

There are a few things bundled into the ticket. You get the bead kit you'll need for the project, two glasses of wine or mocktails to sip while you work, and an entry into a raffle for a special prize. If you're not a drinker, the mocktail option keeps it open for everyone.

The class runs from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at Smack Shack North Loop, 603 Washington Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55401. It's $75 per person, which covers the kit, the drinks, and the raffle entry.
