An Unspoken Language Book Launch

Christopher Selleck is releasing his new fine art photo book, An Unspoken Language, at the Thorp Building on Saturday, Nov 14. It's a soft launch that doubles as an open studio, so you can see the work on the wall and the book in hand at the same time. The event runs from 6 AM to 12 PM, which puts it right in the middle of Art Attack!

There's a fair amount of time behind this one. Selleck describes it as more than a decade of research, portrait sessions, and collaborative editing. That's ten-plus years of shooting and refining before the book finally came together, so it's not just a collection of recent work—it's a long-term project. The book itself is a fine art photo book, and the launch gives you a chance to see it in person rather than just on a screen.

Because it's an open studio, the book isn't the only thing to look at. Selleck will have original prints on display, and he'll be there to sign copies throughout the morning.
