Charity night with beer from the brewery, food from Red Rocket Pizza and KCM Eggrolls, a silent auction and the chance to meet and cuddle neonatal kittens for The Bitty Kitty Brigade.
The Bitty Kitty Brigade is hosting its 7th Annual Brews for Bitty Kitties at Inbound BrewCo on Thursday, November 19, from 5 PM to 8:30 PM. It's the kickoff for the rescue's 'Give to the Max' season, so it's a good time to get involved if you've been meaning to support them.
If you aren't familiar, the Brigade is a foster-based rescue serving the Twin Cities that specializes in orphaned neonatal kittens—many just days old—who need round-the-clock care to survive. Foster volunteers look after them from birth through about ten weeks, handling the medical side of things: spay and neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and FeLV testing. It's a lot of work for the smallest of the small.
The night itself is pretty straightforward. You'll find drinks from the brewery and food from Red Rocket Pizza and KCM Eggrolls, a silent auction, and the main draw: kittens to meet and cuddle. While you're there, you can also find out about the Brigade's Birth Control Brigade, their trap-neuter-return effort for outdoor community cats.
