331 Club hosts Rave Night on Saturday, November 28, with Moonlight Affair and Hennepin County Disco Authority taking over the dance floor. The music kicks off at 10 PM, and it's one of the club's dance floor bookings, so the night is built around keeping people moving rather than sitting and listening.
If you're not already familiar with the place, 331 Club keeps a dense calendar of live music and arts events. There's a weekly menu of Giovanni's Pizza and a happy hour that runs Monday through Friday until 6 PM. The regular programming is a good map of what they do: the Roe Family Singers every Monday at 8 PM; Womenfolk Radio Concerts on the third Monday of every month at 6 PM; Lenz & Frenz on the last Wednesday at 9:30 PM; and Cross Pollination, a monthly series of songwriters from different genres on the third Thursday, which they bill as 'the Large Hadron Collider of genre mixers.' Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School fills the second Sunday of the month from 2 to 4 PM.

This particular Rave Night opens as part of the 'Drinkin' Spelling Bee' night, which starts much earlier at 7 PM. If you want to make a full evening of it, you can arrive for the spelling bee and stay through the dance floor sets.
