Stand-up show by Australian comedian Thomas Green, billed as one of Australia's best exports, at the Leicester Square Theatre.
Thomas Green brings his new show Brainstorm to the Leicester Square Theatre on Friday 30 October, starting at 7:00pm. It's a brand-new hour, and it comes on the back of a sell-out debut tour. Green is an Australian stand-up now based in the UK, and he's built a reputation as an energetic storyteller with a natural knack for improvising on the fly.
The show comes from a bit of self-reflection. After a period of self-discovery, Green says he realised his life is a whirlwind of tangents of his own making, and he spends his time navigating the impulsive, the random and the stupid. That's the territory Brainstorm works through.
He's not new to the festival circuit. He's sold out the Edinburgh, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne Comedy Festivals, and released his debut comedy special End of Daze in September 2024. You've likely come across him elsewhere, too: he's been on ITV and heard on BBC radio, he's a regular guest on the hit podcast Have A Word, and he's toured as support for Mo Gilligan, Jason Manford, Russell Kane and Adam Rowe. Critics have called him 'incredible' and 'seriously funny', and described him as proof you don't need a gimmick to be great.
