Day party at Brixton Jamm with a 4-hour set by Simon Vuarambon, marking his UK and London debut, plus support from The Prog Lab and Gemini Sounds.
The Prog Lab and Gemini Sounds are joining forces again at Brixton Jamm on Saturday 24 October, and this time it's for a day party. The main draw is Simon Vuarambon, who's taking the helm for a four-hour set — his first time playing in London and his UK debut. If you've followed either label, you'll know the two have teamed up before, so this is a return to that partnership rather than a one-off.
Four hours is a proper stretch for a single set, the kind of length that lets a DJ really build a room and take it through a few different stages rather than just hitting the highlights. It's the centrepiece of the day, and because it's a day party, it starts while it's still light out and runs well into the evening. The support fills in the rest of the bill: Jawjee from The Prog Lab goes back-to-back with Marco from Gemini Sounds, and Nadia plays back-to-back with Harry Wilson. With the two labels sharing the bill, the support reflects the collaboration that's bringing the whole thing together.

The day runs from 14:00 to 22:00, so it's an eight-hour stretch in total. Vuarambon's four hours take up half of that, with the other half split between the two b2b pairs. It's a day party in the truest sense — starting in the afternoon and wrapping up by ten, so you're home long before the night really gets going. If you're into the sound these two labels have been putting out, it's a good chance to hear them together in one room. The whole thing is at Brixton Jamm on Saturday 24 October, 14:00 to 22:00.
