Smart Retail Tech Expo is at Excel London on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November, two days of retail technology, digital innovation and customer experience. It's billed as the UK's leading show for the sector, and the organisers describe it as the place where retail innovation happens.
Across the two days, around 3,000 retail professionals gather to see the latest in AI and automation, retail infrastructure, omnichannel technologies, CRM and unified commerce. The show floor is focused on improving operations, enhancing safety, enabling contactless payments and elevating the customer journey. The crowd runs from independent boutiques to global retailers, with decision-makers and influencers looking for tools to make the shopping experience more efficient and unforgettable.
