Free two-day expo on packaging innovation and e-commerce technology for online retailers, with more than 50 hours of educational content.
The eCommerce Packaging & Labelling Expo is at ExCeL London on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November, running from 10.00am to 5.00pm on the first day and 10.00am to 4.00pm on the second. It's the UK's largest event for packaging innovation, e-commerce technology and strategic insight, built for businesses dealing with changing regulations, consumer resistance and cost volatility.
Across the two days, around 3,000 e-commerce professionals gather — from independent sellers to major online retailers — and connect with the suppliers and technologies driving operational growth. The focus runs from sustainable materials and automation tools to design-forward packaging strategies and the unboxing experience. There's more than 50 hours of educational content on the programme, with sessions led by packaging, branding and delivery experts.
One of the best bits is that a free ticket also gets you into three co-located shows: the White & Private Label Expo, the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo and the Smart Retail Tech Expo. If you're running an online business, it's a chance to see a good chunk of the supply chain in one go rather than picking just one corner of it. You can move between the packaging hall and the other three without needing separate tickets, so you can jump from labelling and materials over to private label, logistics and retail tech whenever you fancy.
